摘要
接入分布式电源是配电网的一个新特点。对分布式电源的恒功率模型和随机功率模型做了一定的简化假设,考虑配电网故障后分布式供电系统的独立运行对配电网供电可靠性的影响。改进了网络划分方法的分级分层分区可靠性评估模型,使网络划分方法适用于初步考虑含分布式电源的配电网供电可靠性评估。选用典型配电系统的算例,验证了方法的有效性。计算结果表明,分布式电源合理地接入电网可提高供电可靠性。
There is a new characteristic for the distribution network that it is incorporated with distributed generations (DG). Some simplifications and assumptions were made for the DG' s constant power model and random power model, and the effects of island operation of distributed generation system were considered on the distribution network reliability after the distribution network fault. The network hierarchical delaminating and subarea model was improved in network partition method, so that this method is applicable to the distribution network reliability assessment with Preliminary consideration DG. The proposed method was tested by a typical distribution system, which shows the efficiency of the method. The result shows that DG can increase the reliability of distribution system.
