摘要 地下变电站,是在常规地上变电站无法建设时所采用的特殊变电站建设形式,可以解决市中心征地困难、用电密度高、防火、防爆、防噪声的要求高等问题。北京电网从1996年开始220 kV地下变电站的建设,在2001年,就完成投运了3座地下变电站。总结3座地下变电站近10 a来的运行情况,重点阐述了地下站的优缺点、接线方式、电气设备选择和通风、消防、保安电源配置等特殊内容,通过与地上变电站的比较,说明了地下变电站安全运行中需重点关注的问题,有利于改善220 kV地下变电站在城市中心区的建设及运行管理。 Underground substation is a special form of substation construction, which is used when the conventional substation cannot be built. It can solve the problems such as shortage of land occupation in down town areas, high density of electricity consumption, and the high requirement of fire prevention, explosion protection, and noise suppression. Beijing Power Grid started the construction of 220 kV underground substations since 1996. The construction of 3 underground substations was completed and put them into service in 2001. The operation situation was summarized for the 3 underground substations in recent 10 years. The special contents were described including the advantages and disadvantages of the underground substation, wiring, electrical equipment selection, ventilation, fire protection, security, power scheme and so on. Through the comparison with conventional substation, main problems of underground substation operation were elaborated, which is valuable for the construction and operation management of the 220 kV underground substation in down town areas.
