摘要
提出了一种用于低轨卫星有限扫描相控阵的新型波导辐射单元。该辐射单元利用缝隙耦合实现平顶的单元方向图以解决有限扫描相控阵由于采用大间距设计时引起的扫描边缘增益跌落和栅瓣的问题。分析采用多模散射矩阵的方法,计算速度快、精度高。数值计算和测试结果表明这种辐射单元可以用于扫描角度宽达±25°的有限扫描相控阵的设计。计算结果同时表明该辐射单元至少可以满足10%的频带宽度。
A novel element antenna for limited scan phased array of LEO satellite is proposed.By the coupling from slots,a flat-topped element pattern is formed for this element antenna.With flat-topped element pattern,the gain degradations of the array over the scan volume are improved and grating lobes outside the scan volume are suppressed for limited scan phased array antennas which require large element spacings.The analysis is based on multi-mode scattering matrix method with which high calculation speed and accuracy can be achieved.The results of calculation and measurement show that this element antenna can be applied for the limited scan array with ±25° scan.The results of calculation also show that the flat-topped element pattern and the reflection coefficient keep well at least in a 10% frequency band.
