摘要
根据JB/T4730—2005《承压设备无损检测》对小径管环向对接接头椭圆成像的要求,结合现场实际情况,介绍某电厂1000MW机组锅炉常见规格的小径管对接接头采用椭圆成像时,平行移动法透照工艺参数的确定。
Based on the requirements of JB/T 4730---2005 ＂Nondestructive testing of pressure equipment＂ for the elliptical imaging of butt-welded joints of small-diameter pipes, this paper introduces the determination of transillumination parameters with parallel mobile mode for a plant＇ s 1 000 MW boiler, where the elliptical imaging method was adopted for butt-welded joints of small-diameter pipes of normal sizes.
