摘要
通过热轧对比试验和多种性能测试,对5083铝合金热轧板材热轧时出现开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明,热轧板开裂的主要原因是该合金在熔炼时的除气没有达到要求,铸锭内部存在疏松。提出了解决措施。
Through the comparative tests of hot roiling and various property tests, the development mechanism of the edge crack of 5083 hot-rolled plates while being hot-rolled and its main causes have scientifically been studied and analyzed. The results show that the issue was not due to the hot process itself, but was caused by the process of melting and casting. Its main reason is that the outcome of degassing the alloy had not met the requirements. In other words, in the view of the microstructure, its main reason is that there was porosity in the inside of its slabs. Based on these, the settlement measures have been put forward.
