CEA和CA19-9在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions of CEA and CA19-9 of Colorectal Carcinoma and their Clinical Significance

为探讨CEA和CA19-9在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义，应用电化学发光免疫法定量测定71例结直肠癌组织和15例正常组织中CEA和CA19—9的表达。结果显示，71例结直肠癌组织中CEA和CA19—9表达率分别为57．7％和70．4％，高于其在正常组织中的表达（26．7％和40．0%）。CEA和CA19—9的表达与Dukes分期和分化程度均有关，与年龄、性别、肿瘤浸润程度、生长方式、淋巴结转移和预后无关。CEA与CA19—9在结直肠癌中组织表达呈正相关（r=0．306，P=0．009）。结果表明，CEA和CA19-9可能参与肿瘤发生、发展过程，检测CEA和CA19-9有助于结直肠癌的诊断。

The objective of this study was to explore the expressions of CEA and CA19-9 in cotorectal car- cinoma tissues,and their clinical significances. The expressions of CEA and CA 19-9 of the specimens of colorectal carcinoma of 71 patients and in the normal tissues of 15 persons were measured with fluorescent immunoassay. As results,the expression rate of CEA and CA 19-9 of the colorectal carcinoma was 57.7% and 70.4% respectively,higher than 26.7% and 40.0% in the normal tissues;the expression of CEA and CA19-9 was correlated with Dukes staging and differentiation degree of the carcinoma; while the expressions of CEA and CA19-9 were not correlated with age, sex, the invasive degree of carcinoma I~ growth mode,lymphatic metastasis and prognosis % and the expressions of CEA and CA19-9 of colorectal carcinoma were positively correlated（ r =0. 806, P =0. 009）. It is concluded that the expressions of CEA and CA 19- 9 are correlated in colorectal carcinoma, which suggests they could be of the involvement of tumor occur rence ＆ development,and that measurement of CEA and CA 19-9 may help to make the diagnosis of color ectal carcinoma.
