经肛门后正中切扩并全皮瓣成形术治疗出口梗阻型便秘的疗效观察

Transanal Median Resection ＆ Extending plus Full-thickness Flap-plasty in the Treatment of Outlet Obstructive Constipation

为探讨经肛门后正中切扩并全皮瓣成形术治疗因肛管直肠角偏小、骶尾间隙过大所致的出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效，回顾分析67例人组病例的资料，其中46例行经肛门后正中切扩并全皮瓣成形术（治疗组），21例行经肛门侧方切扩术（对照组），并对两组术后疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结果表明，经肛门后正中切扩并全皮瓣成形术治疗因肛管直肠角偏小、骶尾间隙过大所致的出口梗阻型便秘疗效确切、疗程短、术后并发症少。

In order to explore the clinical curative effect of transanal median resection ＆ extending plus full-thickness flap-plasty in the treatment of the outlet obstructive constipation,which was induced by too smaller ano-rectal angle, too larger sacrococcygeal space, author analysed 67 patient＇s case-material retrospectively,including 46 cases subjected to above-mentioned procedure（as treatment group） and 21 cases to the transanal lateral resection ＆ extending procedure（as controlled group）, then compared the postoperative curative effect of both groups. As results, the clinical curative effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of controlled group. Results show that transanal median resection ＆ extending plus fullthickness flap-plasty for above-mentioned outlet obstructive constipation has advantages such as certain curative efficacy,shorter treatment course and less postoperative complication.
