中国工业企业在应对国际金融危机中的表现

The Performance of Chinese Industrial Enterprises Facing International Financial Crisis

在国家一系列经济刺激政策作用下,中国企业采取了积极推进战略转型、加快兼并收购步伐、提升自主创新能力、优化企业管理等多项应对策略,抗击国际金融危机取得了阶段性胜利,并呈现一些新的发展特点,具体包括:企业景气状况稳步回升,经济主体信心日益增强;企业产销形势持续好转,库存再次出现攀升;企业出口扭转下滑势头,出口的根本性好转尚待时日;产品价格企稳回升,企业盈利水平逐步改观。尽管如此,当前中国企业自主创新能力不足问题依旧突出、招工难和用工紧张问题再次出现,新一轮的成本上升压力日益显著,中小企业融资难问题仍待破解,部分行业企业产能过剩问题严重。要破解这些问题,中国企业在后金融危机时代应进行主动"转型升级"和加强"自主创新",而政府则应引导企业创新转型发展、帮助企业解决外部困难和监管企业的非理性行为。

With a series of economic incentive policies in China, Chinese companies have taken many measures to deal with international financial crisis including strategic transformation, M ＆ A, promoting the ability of independent innovation and improving business management. As a result, success in confronting financial crisis was periodically achieved, and there appeared some new development traits for Chinese companies. Otherwise, there are many obvious problems in the development of current Chinese companies such as the incompetence in independent innovation, difficulties in employing workers, rapid increase in production costs and difficulties in financing for small and medium enterprises. The author proposed that companies and governments should take actions to co-solve these problems in post financial crisis.
