摘要
本文基于Venkatraman(1989)的战略导向维度,以广东私营企业为研究对象,讨论了战略导向、创新与组织绩效之间的关系,以及技术创新在战略导向与组织绩效关系中的中介作用。研究结果表明,组织战略导向是技术创新前因变量,且对绩效有直接影响;技术创新有利于组织绩效提升;技术创新构成部分战略导向维度与组织绩效之间中介变量;企业规模使战略导向、技术创新和组织绩效之间的关系存在差别,而是否属于制造业的行业特征没有明显影响。
Based on dimensions of strategic orientation developed by Venkatraman(1989), this study, using the data from private firms in Guangdong province, examines the relationship between strategic orientation, technogical innovation and firm performance, and the mediate effect of technogical innovation on the relationship between strategic orientation and performance. The empirical results find that strategic orientation of organization is the determinant of technogical innovation and firm performance; technogical innovation improves firm performance and is the mediation between some dimensions of strategic orientation and firm performance. Control variable-firm size measured by employee number influence the relationship, and industry has no significant effect on it.
