摘要
企业科研团队以知识创新为主要活动,其知识存量与知识结构是团队绩效最深层的决定性因素。本文建立了科研团队知识存量指标体系,采用灰色关联分析方法对科研团队知识存量进行相对度量研究,提出根据灰关联度的大小比较不同科研团队知识存量的高低,通过知识存量指标评价数值判断团队知识结构方面的优势和不足,以期为科研团队的绩效评价和团队的知识管理提供有效的指导和帮助。
The corporate research team is based on knowledge innovation as the main activities, its knowledge stores and knowledge structure are the decisive factors to inflect the performance of the team. Using grey correlative degree analysis, this paper made an analysis on stores of knowledge. According to the degree of gray relationship we can compare the level of knowledge stock of different research teams. Through the evaluating values of knowledge stock we can judge the strengths and weaknesses of the knowledge structure of the corporate research team. So all hoped that the research can provide effective guidance and assistance to the evaluation and knowledge management of research projects.
