摘要
以突尼斯软子石榴茎段为材料,对其组织培养快繁体系进行了研究.结果表明,突尼斯软子石榴的最适增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg.L-16-BA+0.1 mg.L-1NAA,其增殖系数达到3.32;最适宜生根培养基为1/2MS+0.1 mg.L-1NAA,其生根率可达90.0%,移栽成活率达96.0%.
The pomegranate explants from stems were studied to obtain the optimum tissue culture system for soft-seed Punica granatum L. from Tunisia. The results showed that the most optimum multi- plication medium was MS + 1.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA +0. I mg· L^-1 NAA,whose multiplication index reached 3.32. The best rooting medium was 1/2 MS +0.1 mg·L^-1 NAA, whose rooting rate was 90.0%. The transplant survival rate could reach 96.0%.
