This article describes how the quality and technical supervision departments in the industry agglomeration area to implement the standardization of industrial agglomeration as the starting point, develop the Union standards which has been imple- mented in the silk quilt industry, upgrade the products＇ quality. The article does some preliminary explorations in the industry standardization work.
