摘要
角化棘皮瘤（keratoacanthoma，KA）是一生长速度较快并能自行消退的鳞状细胞增生性肿瘤，很少发生侵袭和转移。诸多学者对其是否为一独立疾病抑或皮肤鳞状细胞癌（squamous cell carcinoma，SCC）的一个亚型，进行了深入细致的研究，但观点各异^[1-2]。
