人脑胶质瘤CysLT1和AQP4的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨半胱氨酰白三烯受体1(CysLT1)和水孔蛋白4(AQP4)在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其与病理分级和脑水肿程度的相关性。方法利用免疫组织化学方法对22例胶质瘤患者的胶质瘤组织和4例“正常脑组织样本”中CysLT1和AQP4的表达进行检测,同时结合患者的影像学资料评定瘤周水肿指数(EI)。结果22例胶质瘤组织中CysLT1和AQP4表达均呈阳性。高级别胶质瘤的CysLT1和AQP4表达明显强于低级别胶质瘤,且两者呈正相关性(P〈0.05);高级别胶质瘤的瘤周EI也明显高于低级别胶质瘤。结论CysLT1和AQP4在胶质瘤引起的脑水肿中起着重要作用。CysLT1的受体表达增加可能会上调AQP4的表达,从而影响脑水肿的发展。 Objective To investigate the expression of Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CysLT1) and Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) in human brain gliomas and its significance. Methods Surgical brain specimens were obtained from 22 patients with gliomas and 4 specimens of normal brain were used as control. MRI imaging was performed to assess brain edema index (El). Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of CysLT1 and AQP4. Results All specimens of glioma presented positive expression of CysLT1 and AQP4; which were stronger in high grade gliomas compared with low grade glioms. The expressions of CysLT1 and AQP4 were positively correlated with each other (P〈0.05). The El of high grade gliomas was significantly higher than that of low grade gliomas. Conclusion The increased expression of CysLT1 may up-regulate the expression of AQP4, resulting in the brain edema of gliomas.
