原发性高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白和血尿酸的表达及其与硕动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)和血尿酸的表达及其与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选取102例原发性高血压患者,采用彩色多普勒超声进行颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)测量,确定其颈动脉粥样硬化发生情况。并根据超声检查结果,对不同患者[颈动脉粥样硬化者(包括斑块形成者、IMT增厚者)及IMT正常者]的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血压、血hs—CRP、尿酸等进行检测,并作组间比较及血hs—CRP和尿酸与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性分析。结果超声检查结果示颈动脉粥样硬化患者78例。颈动脉粥样硬化患者与IMT正常者TC、TG、收缩压及舒张压均无明显差异(P〉0.05),但颈动脉粥样硬化患者hs—CRP浓度和尿酸水平均明显高于IMT正常者(均P〈0.05)。斑块形成者及IMT增厚者血hs—CRP浓度和尿酸水平均显著高于IMT正常者f均P〈0.01);而且斑块形成者血hs—CRP浓度明显高于IMT增厚者(P〈0.05),但尿酸水平与IMT增厚者并无明显差异(P〉0.05)。hs—CRP浓度及血尿酸水平均与IMT呈明显正相关(均P〈0.05)。结论hs—CRP及血尿酸与原发性高血压病患者的颈动脉粥样硬化程度有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and serum uric acid in patients with essential hypertension and their relationship with carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods One hundred and two patients with essential hypertension were divided into three groups: normal carotid artery group,intima thickness group and plaque formation group. Serum hs-CRP and uric acid were measured and their relationship with degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis was analyzed. Results Serum hs-CRP and uric acid in carotid artery atherosclerosis group were significantly higher than those without carotid atherosclerosis group ( P〈 0.05 ); hs-CRP and uric acid in plaque formation group and intima thickness group were significantly higher than those of normal carotid artery group (P 〈 0.05);hsCRP in plaque formation group was higher than that in intima thickness group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The concentration of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum uric acid are positively correlated with the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension.
