甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的临床对比分析

The contrastive analysis of expectant treatment through mifepritone combination with methotrexate on ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨联合应用米非司酮及甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:136例确诊的异位妊娠患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组;对照组单用甲氨蝶呤肌内注射治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用米非司酮治疗,对两组治疗结果进行比较。结果:治疗组治愈率虽高于对照组,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05);血β-HCG转阴时间、平均住院日,治疗组均较对照组缩短,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);2组治疗出现不良反应率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合应用米非司酮治疗异位妊娠效果好、不良反应小,有临床推广价值。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical curative effect of expectant treatment through mifepritone in combination with methotrexate on ectopic pregnancy. METHODS 136 cases with ectopic pregnancy were stochastically divided into the control group and the treatment group; the control group was treated with methotrexate i. m. , and the treatment group treated with mifepritone in combinat＇ion with methotrexate. RESULTS Although the curative rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but there was no statistic significance（P〉0. 05） between the two groups, lne ettectlve blood index β-HCG in the treatment group became normal earlier than that in the control group（P〈0. 01）. The side effects reactivity rate between the two groups had no statistic significance （P〉 0. 05）. CONCLUSION The method of expectant treatment through mifepristone in combination with methotrexate on ectopic pregnancy was effective, and with small adverse reactions.
