摘要
本研究撰述目的旨在讨论台湾现今所推动之产学携手合作计划沿革与发展。本文针对计划目的、主要特色、衔接学制、入学路径、轮调实习、办理领域及规模以精简意赅方式阐明罗列之。同时,从实施现况所展现之优势与疑虑悖离观点提出针贬,以利计划后续推广之用。若其优势,以学生角度而言此制度可提供多元学习管道并协助经济弱势学子解决眼前生活困境;从学校角度得知此制度可促成致用合一的教育理想;从合作厂商而言则可提早储备与鉴别未来所需人才;对社会经济发展则有助于整合产、官、学、训并为产业与经济注入新的教育模式。至于质疑观点部份,学生应及早亦或延缓分流孰优孰劣仍有争议;教育现场缺少实务教学知能的合格教师仍有待克服;课程设计上未能强化通识与人文涵养视为疏漏之处;强调职场实务知能在教育认知上是乎过于简化,其界面如何与生涯发展形成紧密关系才是学生未来学习的重点,此点在此计划中未能充份考虑仍有遗珠之憾。最后,台湾技职教育改革企图的无庸置疑,摆脱过往墨守成规气息,尝试以新观念新做法,活化台湾技职教育的新动力,方能将台湾技职教育带入新纪元。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the promotion and current development of"the Industry-Academic Hand-in-Hand Collaborative Program"in Taiwan.This discussion includes plan purpose,main characteristics,schooling system,the way to enter school,internship system,and scope of program.Meanwhile this study presents critique opinions for continue promoting this program in future.The advantages of this program were reached as follows:(1)offer plural study channel and assist the students of economic weak tendency;(2)provides practice learning situation for future application;(3) find out employees' talent of potential;(4)integrate industry-academic demands and development.From suspicious aspect,(1)dispute the issue of early distributive system of education;(2)lack the qualify teachers of practice;(3)fail to enhance the literacy of liberal arts;(4)insufficient to link practice experience with career education.Finally,educational reform in Taiwan is endless and gets rid of the passing way of thought.It will try to transform Taiwan's technological and vocational education with the newidea and open brand newopportunity.
