EFG1和HGC1基因在白念珠菌菌丝相和酵母相的表达差异 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较白念珠菌双形态性的两个调控基因,即增强菌丝生长基因(Enhanced Filamentous Growth,EFG1)和菌丝G1细胞周期蛋白基因(hyphal G protein cycle1,HGC1)在菌丝相和酵母相中的表达情况,寻找调控菌丝表达的关键基因。方法分别提取白念珠菌菌丝相和酵母相的RNA,行半定量RT-PCR检测,比较EFG1和HGC1两个基因的RNA表达差异。结果EFG1在菌丝相和酵母相都有表达,差异无显著性意义,而HGC1在菌丝相有表达,在酵母相无表达。结论HGC1为菌丝特异基因。 Objective To compare the expression differences of between EFG1 and HGC1 genes,which regulate the dimorphism of Candida albicans,and try to find the crucial genes which control hyphal information.Methods Extracted total RNA of myceial and yeast form of Candida albicans,then analyzed the differences of mRNA expression of EFG1 and HGC1 by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase reaction with an intrinsic control.Results HGC1 expressed in myceial form only while EFG1 expressed in both forms and had no significant differences.Conclusions HGC1 is a special myceial gene.
