儿童白癜风250例外周血白介素-6和粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子的检测

Detection of Interleukin-6 and Granulocyte-macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor in 250 Children with Vitiligo

目的检测儿童白癜风患者外周血中白介素-6(IL-6)和粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF),并探讨其意义。方法选取250位白癜风患儿为病例组,同时期年龄和性别匹配的健康体检儿童250例为对照组。病例组患儿根据白癜风分型标准再分为寻常型白癜风187例(局限型27例、散发型36、泛发型102例、肢端型22例)和节段型白癜风63例;按病期分为进展期134例,稳定期116例。两组对象的血清IL-6和GM-CSF浓度使用放射性免疫法测定并作比较。结果病例组中寻常型白癜风各亚型组患儿血清IL-6和GM-CSF水平均比对照组高(P均<0.05);寻常型白癜风患儿血清IL-6和GM-CSF水平也比节段型白癜风患儿高(P<0.05),但节段型白殿风患儿与对照组的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组中寻常型白癜风各亚型组进展期患儿血清IL-6和GM-CSF水平比稳定期患儿高(P<0.05)。结论寻常型白癜风患儿血清中IL-6和GM-CSF水平与节段型白癜风患儿存在差异,提示它们在两种类型白癜风中可能发挥着不同的作用。

Objective To detect and analyze the significances of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor （GM-CSF） in children with vitiligo.Methods 250 children with vitiligo were selected as patient group,and 250 healthy children were included as control group in the same time.All the children in patient group were divided into 2 subgroups according to the types of vitiligo：187 children with vitiligo vulgaris （including four subtypes：27 with focal type,36 with sporadic type,102 with generalized type,and 22 with acral type） and 63 children with segmental vitiligo.According to the stage of vitiligo,there were 134 children in progressive stage and 116 children in stable stage.Levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF in sera were measured by radio-immunization methods.Results Levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF in sera were significantly higher in the four sub-types of vitiligo vulgaris than those in control group （all P〈0.05）,and were significantly higher in children with vitiligo vulgaris than those in children with segmental vitiligo （P〈0.05）.Levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF were significantly higher in progressive stage than those in stable stage in the 4 subtypes of vitiligo vulgaris （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Levels of IL-6 and GM-CSF in children with vitiligo vulgaris are different from those in children with segmental vitiligo,indicating that IL-6 and GM-CSF may play different role between these two types.
