摘要基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)是一种锌离子依赖的内肽酶,在多种结缔组织疾病中表达异常,与其发病密切相关。本文就MMP-9的结构、功能及其与结缔组织疾病的关系进行综述。 Matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） is a kind of zinc-dependent endopeptidases.MMP-9 has been implicated in a variety of connective tissue diseases and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of these diseases.In this review,the structure,function of MMP-9 and the relationship between MMP-9 and connective tissue diseases are discussed.
