应用倍频532激光诱导小尾寒羊脉络膜新生血管模型的建立 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价倍频532激光诱导小尾寒羊脉络膜新生血管模型的可行性。方法对2只小尾寒羊分别于激光照射后1h、7d、14d、28d、2月、3月行眼底照相检查。3个月处死后,显微镜观察并照相,了解激光诱导CNV的效果。结果激光照射后眼底照相观察4只眼光斑部位视网膜呈白色或血管收缩变细,3个月后通过组织病理学检查证实新生血管形成。结论通过倍频532激光光凝诱导小尾寒羊CNV模型是可行、有效的。 Objective To establish a model of choroidal neovascularization in Small Tail Han sheep by frequency multiplication 532 laser.Methods Fundus photograph of two Small Tail Han sheep were observed at 1 hour, 7, 14, 28 days, 2, 3 months after laser irradiation.Two sheep were sacrified 3 months later and observed by microscope and taken photos.Results The retina at patch of laser-irradiated was pale or vasoconstriction and thinner of all four eyes.Angiogenesis was confirmed 3 months later by histopathological examination.Conclusions Through the frequency multiplication 532 laser irradiation choroidal neovascularization in Small Tail Han sheep model is feasible and effectiove.
