摘要 本文通过对水利系统计算机网络和语音通信现状的调查研究,分析了当今防汛抗旱工作对通信网络的需求,着重研究了计算机网络语音集成技术,提出以先进的数据、语音、视频同网传输的多业务网络为支撑,利用稳定、可靠的VOFK和灵活、方便的VOIP通信技术相融合,实现水利系统防汛应急通讯。 This paper analyses the current requirement of communication network in the process of flood control and drought prevention on the base of the on-site investigation of computer network and speech communication in water conservancy system.The paper mainly focuses on speech integrated technology of computer network.With the support of the advanced data,voice and the multi-service network of video transmission on the identical network,the emergency communication of flood contral is realized by taking advantage of the integration technology VOFR and VOIP which are reliable,flexible and convenient.
