鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨在鼻尖整形中的联合应用 被引量:34

摘要 目的:探讨鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨在鼻尖整形手术中的联合应用的方法和优点。方法:对56例就医者施行了此项手术,应用自体鼻中隔软骨做鼻中隔延伸移植物,耳软骨做鼻尖移植物,结合各种鼻翼软骨缝合技术进行鼻尖整形。结果:所有鼻外形获得显著改善,鼻尖形态自然、圆润而俊俏,同时无皮肤或粘膜破损、假体外露、感染等并发症的发生,随访3个月~1年,鼻尖形态稳定,效果满意。结论:联合应用鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨进行鼻尖整形的方式,更接近正常鼻解剖结构,更好控制鼻尖形态,更容易获得预期的效果。 Objective To investigate the method which combined application of septal cartilage and auricular cartilage in nasal tip rhinoplasty.Methods 56 patients were operated by using autologous nasal septum cartilage as septum extend graft combined with auricular cartilage as nose tip graft.Results All patients achieved remarkable modifications in nasal contours and achieved natural and beautiful nasal tips,no complications such as prosthesis extrusion,skin or mucosa necrosis and infection developed in any of the 56 patients.After 3 month to 1 year follow-up,the nosal tip remained unchanged,all patients were satisfied with the final results.Conclusion Combined application of septal cartilage and auricular cartilage,the nasal tip is easy to reshap and the nasal anatomy is more closed to normal.
