The current application of fluorescence of indocyanine green in plastic surgery

摘要 皮瓣坏死是整形外科最常见的并发症。皮肤的微循环是一个复杂的连锁链,所以在临床上判断皮瓣血运非常困难。目前监测的方法可常规分为三种:①临床实验:如针刺反应、毛细血管反应;②化学方法:如荧光染料注射;③仪器分析方法:如超声多普勒血流仪。
