血管生成拟态在颅内血管外皮细胞瘤中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of vasculogenic mimicry in intracranial hemangiopericytoma

目的探讨颅内血管外皮细胞瘤中是否存在血管生成拟态(VM)及其意义。方法选取12例颅内血管外皮细胞瘤病理标本,进行HE染色、CD34-PAS双重染色,观察是否存在VM。结果9例颅内血管外皮细胞瘤组织中观察到存在典型PAS染色阳性、CD34染色阴性的管道,在这些管道中均可以找到红细胞。结论颅内血管外皮细胞瘤组织中存在VM。

Objective To explore whether there is vasculogenic mimicry（VM） in intracranial hemangiopericytoma and its significance. Methods Twelve intracranial hemangiopericytoma specimens were selected to undergo HE staining and double staining of CD34 and PAS to observe the existence of VM. Results Positive staining for PAS and negative-ly for CD34 were seen in nine specimens of intracranial hemangiopericytoma and erythrocytes could be observed in all of those channels. Conclusion VM exists in intracranial hemangiopericytoma tissues.
