摘要 目的:探讨放射性131碘治疗分化型甲状腺癌时,辐射对患者白细胞的影响。方法:利用全自动血液分析仪,对40例健康人、80例分化型甲癌患者131I治疗前、治疗后7天、治疗后3个月白细胞进行检测并分析研究。结果:各组131I治疗后7天白细胞均升高(P<0.05),其中粒细胞明显升高(P<0.01),淋巴细胞降低(P<0.05),单核细胞略降低(P>0.05);治疗后3个月白细胞包括粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞均接近正常,与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:利用131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌,辐射对患者白细胞有一定影响,治疗后7天白细胞升高,其中粒细胞明显升高,淋巴细胞降低,单核细胞略降低;治疗后3个月白细胞包括粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞均接近正常。 Objective:To observe the effects of 131I radiotherapy radiation on leukocyte of thyroid carcinoma pa- tients. Methods: The level of leukocyte ( include granulocyte, lymphocyte and monocyte) was measured by full auto- matic hemocyte analyzer in 40 normal subjects and 80 cases of thyroid carcinoma patient (before ln I radiotherapy,7 days and 3 months after 131I radiotherapy). The changes of leukocyte level (include granulocyte, lymphocyte and mon- ocyte) were compared with that of normal group. Results: The level of leukocyte increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), granulocyte in- creased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ), lymphocyte decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), monocyte, decreased lightly ( P 〉 0.05 ) 7 days after 131I radiotherapy. The level of leukocyte, granulocyte, lymphocyte and monocyte near normal group, after m I radiother- apy 3 months (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: The radiation effects of 131I radiotherapy on thyroid carcinoma patients have in- fluences on leukocyte. The level of leukocyte and granulocyte increased, lymphocyte and monocyte decreased 7 days after 131I radiotherapy, the level of leukocyte include granulocyte,lymphocyte and monocyte all are near normal group 3 months after 131I radiotherapy.
