摘要
目的:探讨MTHFR基因677C/T的多态性对人类精子密度的影响。方法:应用PCR和限制性片段长度多态(RFLP)分析的方法在280例精子密度正常的男性个体中,对MTHFR基因677C/T位点的基因型分布进行调查,并评估不同基因型个体的平均精子密度。结果:在280例男性中,基因型CC、CT和TT的个体数分别为145、104和31,其平均精子密度分别为70.8±33.9×106/ml、67.6±31.2×106/ml和60.2±24.5×106/ml;基因型CC的精子密度显著高于TT型(P<0.05)。结论:MTHFR基因677C/T多态性可能对精子密度产生影响,降低精子密度。
Objective:To explore the effect of polymorphism of 677C/T in MTHFR gene on sperm count in human.Methods:The genotype of 677C/T locus in MTHFR gene was investigated in 280 men with normal sperm count using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and fragment length polymorphism analysis(RFLP),and average sperm count of each genotype was estimated.Results:In 280 men,the individual number of genotype CC,CT and TT was 145,104 and 31 and the average sperm count of genotype CC,CT and TT was 70.8 ± 33.9 × 10^6/ml,67.6 ± 31.2 × 10^6/ml and 60.2±24.5 ×10^6/ml,respectively.The sperm count of genotype CC was significantly higher than that of genotype TT(P0.05).Conclusion:The polymorphism of 677C/T in MTHFR may decrease sperm count.
