硼替佐米治疗多发性骨髓瘤致五例患者严重肺损伤 被引量：9

摘要 随着硼替佐米在多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者中的广泛应用.我们观察到一些不良反应,其中多数为轻、中度,易于控制,而严重不良反应发生率低于5%（[1-2]）.目前国内外有关硼替佐米导致严重肺损伤的研究较少（[3-8]）.我院2005年6月至2008年11月采用VD（硼替佐米联合地塞米松）方案治疗的106例MM患者中5例出现与硼替佐米相关的严重肺损伤,现报道如下.
