解剖型钢板内固定治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折 被引量：6

The Displaced Intraarticular Fractures of Calcaneal Bone Treated by Internal Fixation with Nickelclads

摘要 目的：评价切开复位解剖型钢板内固定治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折的疗效.方法：采用切开复位解剖型跟骨钢板内固定治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折66例74足,其中Sanders II型12足,III型37足,IV型25足.应用影像学检查和Maryland评分系统进行结果评价.结果：术后获15.1个月（12～24个月）随访.85%的患者获得关节面的解剖复位,X线测量示单侧跟骨骨折患者跟骨高度恢复为健侧的95.8%.按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,本组74足跟骨骨折行解剖型跟骨板固定者总优良率为73.0%.结论：切开复位解剖型钢板内固定是治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折有效方法之一.
