The Microscopic Anatomy and Clinical Application of Internal Auditory Artery

目的：总结内听动脉的应用解剖及病理变化的研究进展.方法：查阅近年来相关中外文献,对内听动脉的形态学及其相关疾病病理研究的文献进行综述.结果：内听动脉作为内耳的主要供血血管,与突发性耳聋、耳蜗前庭神经压迫综合征、内听动脉瘤的关系密切.结论：通过对内听动脉的研究,进一步提高对突发性耳聋、耳蜗前庭神经压迫综合征、内听动脉瘤的认识,为临床研究提供新的思路与依据.

Objective：To summarize the research advancement on the applied anatomy and pathological changes of internal auditory artery. Methods：To review Chinese and foreign literatures concerning morphology of internal auditory artery and pathology of related diseases. Results： Pathological changes of internal auditory artery, which nourishes inner ear, were closely related to the occurrence of sudden deafness, coehleovestilbular nerve compression syndrome, and aneurysm of internal auditory artery. Conclusions ： The studies on internal au- ditory artery could provide new ideas and bases for clinical diagnosis and treatment of internal auditory diseases.
