摘要
为防止罐式煅烧炉(逆流或顺流)因高温事故导致火道或罐体破损,影响炉体使用寿命,使用磷酸-黏土质泥料对罐式煅烧炉罐体或火道(漏点及裂缝)进行热态(炉体正常运行温度下)维修。经实践证明维修后磷酸-黏土质泥料与罐体及火道硅砖砌体胶结牢固,罐体及火道在长期高温环境下运行正常,因此使用磷酸-黏土质泥料对罐式煅烧炉进行热态维修是完全可行的,可有效延长炉体的使用寿命。
To prevent the body or flue of the pot- type calciner including concurrent and counterflow from damage in high temperature operation, the maintenance in hot state for the pot- type calciner that refers to leak source or crack of the calciner was introduced using phosphoric acid and clay mixture. The result shows that the bonding of the clay with the pot body or flue is strong in high temperature operation, which would confirm that the maintance for the body of pot- type calciner in thermal state is feasible, and is beneficial to the prolongation for the use life of the pot- type'calciner.
