L-ficolin基因Thr236Met位点多态性与儿童反复呼吸道感染的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨中国江苏汉族儿童L-ficolin基因Thr236Met位点多态性与反复呼吸道感染的相关性。方法采用碱基淬灭探针技术检测104例反复呼吸道感染患儿及214例对照组儿童L-ficolin基因Thr236Met位点多态性。结果L-ficolin基因Thr236Met多态性基因型和等位基因频率分布在反复呼吸道感染组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中国江苏汉族儿童反复呼吸道感染的发病与L-ficolin基因Thr236Met位点多态性没有关联。 Objective To investigate the association between the Thr236Met polymorphism in the L-ficolin gene and recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) in Chinese Han children of Jiangsu.Methods The genotypes of Thr236Met polymorphism in the L-ficolin gene were detected using base-quenched probe technique in 104 RRTI children and 214 controls.Results There was no significant difference in frequencies of genotype and allele in Thr236Met polymorphism between RRTI and the controls group (P0.05).Conclusion The L-ficolin Thr236 Met polymorphism is not associated with RRTI in Chinese Han children of Jiangsu.
