根据抽屉结构、特点,对优化工艺路线组成抽屉生产线。采用数控抽屉专用设备,专用夹具一次定位夹紧,多把刀具联合加工,保证抽屉加工精度和质量。
Based on both structure and character of a drawer, production can be organized with optimized processing path. For instance, the application of digitalized instruments, together with the positioned fixation system and the combination of multiple milling system will ensure both the processing accuracy and drawer should have been designed combining many processes such as saws, drilling, milling, engraving and others, at the same time adopting the application of advanced manufacturing technology for reference, in order to maximize the degree of automation of special equipment, reduce labor intensity and improve efficiency of production line.
