电子鼻咽喉镜下电离子手术治疗声带良性增生性病变82例 被引量:3

Multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus treatment for benign vocal fold hyperplastic diseases under video rhinolaryngoscope

摘要 目的探讨电子鼻咽喉镜下电离子手术治疗声带良性增生性病变的实用性和有效性。方法应用电子鼻咽喉镜,配合多功能电离子综合治疗机手术治疗声带良性增生性病变82例。其中声带息肉36例,声带小结33例,囊肿7例,血管瘤6例。结果所有病例均能配合完成手术,术后随访时间平均为3.2个月(3~6个月),痊愈率92.7%(76/88),好转7.3%(6/88),无不良并发症出现。结论电子鼻咽喉镜下电离子手术治疗声带良性增生性病变,具有操作简便、患者疼痛轻、对周围组织损伤少的特点,是治疗声带良性增生性病变的一种简单、有效的新方法。 Objective To evaluate the applicability and effectiveness of the multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus in the treatment of benign vocal fold hyperplastic diseases under the video rhinolaryngoscope.Methods The GX-Ⅲtype multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus was used in treatment of 82 cases of benign vocal fold hyperplastic diseases(25 cases of single side and 57 cases of bilateral lesions)under the Olympus ENT-VT video laryngoscope.82 patients who underwent surgery for excision of benign vocal fold lesions under local anesthesia were reviewed:36 with polyps,33 with nodules,7 with cysts and 6 with angeiomas.Results The surgery was smoothly completed in all patients with a recovery rate of 92.7 %(76∕88)and an improvement rate of 7.3 %(6∕88).No complications were found.The mean follow-up period was 3.2 months(range,3-6 months).Conclusions The multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus used to manage benign vocal fold hyperplastic diseases under the video rhinolaryngoscope is a simple procedure and causes less pain and mild damage to normal tissues.It offers a new,simple and effective treatment option for removal of vocal fold masses.
