An Overview of Influencing Factors of Hepatocyte Transplantation

摘要 肝细胞移植作为治疗暴发性肝功能衰竭、遗传代谢性肝病及各种终末期肝病的一种的新治疗方法,其安全性和可行性已得到了临床证实。本文对肝细胞移植的影响因素进行综述。 As a new therapeutic approach for fulminant liver failure,hereditary metabolic liver disorder and various end-stage liver diseases,hepatocyte transplantation has been validated clinically in safety and feasibility.The influencing factors of hepatocyte transplantation were reviewed in this article.
