BRS-3促效剂——一种可能治疗肥胖的新药

肥胖已成为世界性流行病，但至今尚无一种令人满意的治疗药物。铃蟾素（bombesin，亦译蛙皮素）受体亚型3（BRS-3）是铃蟾素受体亚家族的一员，其另二个成员已经详细研究。而BRS-3的自然配体尚不清，实际上它和铃蟾素的结合力很低。已知有些合成或自然肽能活化BRS-3，但作用很弱且为非特异性结合。初步研究认为它和代谢率、肥胖及胰岛素抵抗有关。
