摘要 目的:探讨宫颈癌中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD)147和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常宫颈组织、21例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)组织(CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ各7例)和59例宫颈癌组织中CD147和MMP-2的表达情况并加以分析。结果:CD147和MMP-2在肿瘤组织和正常组织中均有表达。宫颈癌组织中CD147和MMP-2表达明显高于正常宫颈组与CIN组(P<0.05)。宫颈癌中,有无淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者的CD147表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄、FIGO分期、大体类型、分化程度、组织类型宫颈癌患者的CD147表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同FIGO分期及淋巴结转移宫颈癌患者MMP-2表达比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、大体类型、分化程度、组织类型宫颈癌患者MMP-2表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。宫颈癌组织中CD147与MMP-2表达之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD147和MMP-2在宫颈癌的浸润和转移方面起重要作用,联合检测CD147和MMP-2成为宫颈癌诊断的标志物,是评估宫颈癌严重程度的新指标。 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of CD147 and MMP-2 in cervical cancer. Methods:The expression levels of CD147 and MMP-2 were detected and analysed using immunohistochemical SP method in 20 samples of normal cervical tissue,21 samples of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN),and 59 samples of cervical cancer. Results:CD147 and MMP-2 were expressed mainly in cancerous lesions,and also expressed in some normal tissues. The expression levels of CD147 and MMP-2 were significantly higher in cancer group than those of normal cervical group and CIN group (P〈0.05). The positive expression rates of CD147 and MMP-2 were 91.5% and 80.0%. The expression of CD147 in cervical cancer was related with lymphatic metastasis ( χ^2 = 4.138,P〈 0.05),but not related with age,clinical stage,gross type,the degree of differentiation and histological types (P〉 0.05). The expression of MMP-2 was related with clinical stage ( χ^2 = 9.423,P 〈0.05) and lymphatic metastasis ( χ^2 = 5.019,P 〈0.05),not related with age,gross type,the degree of differentiation and histological types (P〉 0.05). The relationship between CD147 and MMP-2 was positively correlated in the cervical cancer (P〈0.05). Conclusion:CD147 and MMP-2 play an important role in invasion and metastasis of the cervical cancer. Combined detection of CD147 and MMP-2 may be a new target for cancer diagnosis to assess the severity of cervical cancer.
