核因子κB抑制剂对肿瘤化疗、免疫治疗增敏及抑制转移作用研究进展

摘要 在肿瘤的治疗过程中,耐药、复发及转移等情况的发生是很常见、也是很棘手的问题,目前有关癌细胞发生这些变化的分子机制研究是国际上的热点和前沿。近些年,以VanWaes等和Karin等为代表的很多研究证实了核因子κB(NF—κB)所调控的基因在癌细胞增殖、浸润、新生血管形成、耐药、转移等多个方面都起到了重要的作用,
