液体芯片飞行质谱技术与人工神经网络模型在矽尘接触人群诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 筛选矽尘接触人群诊断相关血清差异蛋白并建立诊断矽尘接触人群的人工神经网络模型.方法 应用液体芯片飞行时间质谱技术检测I期矽肺组25例,非接触正常对照组、矽尘接触组及O+期组每组30例,共115例样本的血清蛋白质质谱,结合人工神经网络建立矽尘接触人群诊断模型.结果 筛选出2021,2554,5066,8600四个差异蛋白质峰,建立矽尘接触人群诊断模型.其区分矽尘接触人群与正常对照组的特异性为100%,敏感性为90%.准确率为92.3%;该模型对研究样本中接尘组、O+期组和I期矽肺组的样本识别率分别为100%、93%和96%.结论 成功建立了矽尘接触人群诊断模型,该模型在矽尘接触人群的诊断中具有较高的识别率.
