分析了建筑工程索赔产生的原因及开展建筑工程索赔的可行性，探讨了建筑企业进行索赔管理的意义与策略．
The cause of the claim in construction projects was analysed, the feasibility to claim was expounded in them, and the meaning and tactics for the construction enterprises were inquired to develop the claim administration.
