Research progress of interferon and its therapy in chronic hepatitis B

摘要 IFN在慢性乙型肝炎的治疗中占有极其重要的地位,但是IFN治疗慢性乙型肝炎的机制、治疗效果、影响因素、具体疗程等仍需进一步探讨,此文就此进行了综述. The advances in interferon and its therapy in chronic hepatitis B are elucidated.The therapeutic mechanism,therapeutic efficacy,influencing factor and course of treatment are reviewed in the article.
