钉棒系统结合经椎体内与后外侧植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:3

Treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with nail-stick system combined with bone graft

摘要 目的分析钉棒系统结合椎体内及后外侧植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折近、远期疗效。方法胸腰椎椎体骨折患者37例,采用AF及钉棒系统固定并进行伤椎植骨,术前、术后及末次随访对节段Cobb角、伤椎矢状位指数(SI)进行评价。结果术后Cobb角和SI指数分别为(6.57±3.81)度和(7.84±5.40)度,末次随访分别为(7.18±4.13)度和(8.37±4.62)度,均明显小于术前的(21.95±4.74)度和(24.92±4.46)度(P<0.01)。结论钉棒系统结合椎体内植骨联合后外侧植骨技术能够明显改善胸腰椎骨折患者阶段Cobb角及SI指数。 Objective To analyze short-term and long-term clinical outcomes of treating thoracolumbar fracture by nail-stick sysstem combined with bone graft.Methods AF or Chinese Great Wall nail-stick system combined with bone graft was performed in 37 patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Cobb angle and SI were scored before and after operation and at final follow-up.Results Cobb angle and SI were(6.57±3.81)degrees and(7.84±5.40)after operation,(7.18±4.13)degrees and(8.37±4.62)at final follow-up,which were all significantly less than(21.95±4.74)degrees and SI of(24.92±4.46),respectively,before sugery(P〈0.01).Conclusion Nail-stick system and bone graft can significantly improve Cobb angle and SI in the patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
