异氟烷遗忘作用与γ-羟基丁酸受体的关系

摘要 目的分析异氟烷遗忘作用与γ-羟基丁酸受体(GHBAR)的关系。方法建立异氟烷小鼠遗忘模型,跳台、避暗实验分别观察侧脑室注射不同剂量GHBAR阻断剂NCS-382对模型鼠潜伏期和错误次数的影响。结果NCS-382对异氟烷遗忘作用的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GHBAR并非异氟烷遗忘作用的主要靶位。 Objective To investigate the relationship between γ-hydroxybutyric acid receptor(GHBAR) and the amnesia of isoflurane.Methods After the establishment of mice learning and memory model by subcutaneous injection of appropriate doses of isoflurane,different doses of GHBAR antagonist NCS-382 were injected intracerebroventricularly and the effects on the latency period and the number of errors were observed.Results NCS-382 did not have any significant effects on isoflurance-induced amnesia(P〉0.05).Conclusion GHBAR is not the main target position for isoflurance-induced amnesia.
