结合岸堤水库大坝砂壳振冲加固工程的成功经验，介绍一种处理松散砂壳、地基的方法．
According to the successful experience of vibration momentum reinforce project about andi reservoir dam sandy crust, a scientific method dealing with loose sandy crust and loose foundation was introduced.
