女企业家领导力模式下组织情境的研究

An Empirical Research On the Organizational Situation of Female leadership

摘要 本文采用问卷调研并以探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析分析女性领导模式下的组织情境模式,通过分析,得出在女性企业家领导模式下组织情境具有三个维度:外部维度、行业维度和发展情况维度。 The research used questionnaire survey with factoral analysis tO study the organizational environment. It arrived at get the conclusion that the organizational environmeni, has four dimensions: the external dimension, industry dimension and developmental situation dimension.
