摘要
论述了左权县生态庄园产生的背景,讨论了庄园经济的基本内涵与特点,总结了生态庄园经济发展中的基本经验即＂六个必须＂,认为生态庄园是借助社会力量促进扶贫开发的新途径,是加快林业生态和产业发展的。同时指出生态庄园在当前发展中面临资金短缺、土地流转、科学规划等问题,提出了4点建议。
The paper elaborated the background of ecological manor in Zuoquan County,discussed the basic connotation and features of manorial economy,and summarized the basic experience of eco-manor economy development that is ＂six to be＂;considered that eco-manor is new ways of promoting poverty alleviation and development with social forces,is to accelerate forestry ecology and industry development.Also the paper pointed out that the development of eco-manor face shortage of funds and land transfers,scientific planning and other issues in the current,and put forward four proposals.
