摘要 对于供水系统的变流量工况,以水泵变频调速的节能性为基础,提出了将水泵变频调速与阀门调节进行有机结合的协同调节方案,并采用解析法推导出系统流量及进、出口静压差与泵转速之间的关系式;通过算例验证了该方案具有更优的节能效果,并指出了在运用该方案进行调节时应注意的问题,为保证该方案在工程中的有效运用提供了理论依据。 In view of the variable flow regime of water supply system, based on the pump energy saving with variable frequency speed control, a synergistic regulation scheme combining pump variable frequency speed control with valve adjusting is put forward. The relationship of system flow, inlet and outlet static pressure difference to pump speed is deduced by the analytical method. The optimal saving energy effect of file scheme is verified by calculation example. The problems to which attention should be paid in the regulation undertaken by the scheme are pointed out. All these provide a theoretical basis to ensure that the scheme is effectively applied in the project.
