摘要
采用电吸附技术对首钢污水厂的二级处理出水进行深度处理。结果表明,该技术除盐效果好、得水率高、能耗低,在进水电导率平均为1654μS/cm、工作电压为1.5V、流量为1.5t/h的条件下,出水的电导率平均为295μS/cm,除盐率为82.1%,系统的得水率为73.1%,能耗为1.25kW.h/t,出水水质达到了《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923—2005)的要求。同时,该工艺的操作也比较简单,再生时无需酸碱,只需将电极短接放电并以原水冲洗即可。
The electrosorption equipment was used for advanced purification of secondary effluent from the Shougang Wastewater Treatment Plant. The results show that the technology has good desalting effect, high water production and low energy consumption. Under the conditions of the influent average conductivity 1 654 ~S/cm, electrode voltage 1.5 V and flow rate 1.5 t/h, the effluent average conduc- tivity is 295 μS/cm, desalting rate is 82.1% , water production rate is 73.1% and energy consumption is 1.25 kW · h/t. The effluent quality meets the requirements of the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses ( GB/T 19923 - 2005 ). Meanwhile, the operation of the process is relatively simple, short connected electrodes and washing using the raw water are required to achieve regeneration without acid and alkali.
