旅游影响下稳定型村落形态变化特征及影响因素分析——以黄山市西递村为例

Change Characteristics and Inuential Factor of Stable Village on Tourism Impact: the Case of Xidi Village in Huangshan Municipality

以黄山市西递村的旅游发展与形态变化为例,引入村落意象要素,分析从渐变型到稳定型村落形态的变化特征,构建了旅游对稳定型村落形态变化的影响因素框架,指出完善的地方政策、严格的管理整治、村落人口零增长是主要影响因素,并讨论了稳定型村落发展中的利弊,为其他旅游村落的发展提供有益的启发与借鉴。

Through the tourism development and morphological changes of Xidi village in Huangshan municipality, this article analyzes the change characteristics of gradual and stable villages and sets up a influential factor model of stable village on tourism impact. It points out that local policies, strict management regulation, the village population zero- growth are the main influence factors. The advantage and disadvantage of the development of stable villages is discussed. All above provide beneficial inspiration and reference for the development of stable villages on tourism impact.
