灯盏花素注射液治疗慢性肺心病低氧性肺动脉高压34例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Breviscapine for Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension in Chronic Cardiopulmonary Disease

目的:观察灯盏花素注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病低氧性肺动脉高压的临床疗效。方法:将73例患者随机分为2组。2组患者均给西医常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏花素注射液。结果:治疗后治疗组肺动脉收缩压较治疗前显著下降,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为82.4%,对照组为59.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用灯盏花注射液可降低慢性肺源性心脏病低氧性肺动脉高压,改善患者的心肺功能。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Breviscapine Injection (BI) for hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in chronic cardiopulmonary disease.Methods:Seventy-three qualified patients were randomized into 2 groups.Both groups were given routine western medicine,and the treatment group was given BI additionally.Results:Pulmonary arterial systolic pressure in the treatment group was much decreased after treatment (P < 0.01 compared with that before treatment),and lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 82.4% in the treatment group and 59.0% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medical treatment,BI has an effect on decreasing pulmonary arterial systolic pressure,and improving the cardiorespiratory function of chronic cardiopulmonary disease patients with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
